When in use, align the traction head with the movable pulley on the trolley frame, thread it out by the pulley, and then thread, pull wires, dredge pipes, etc. If it is necessary to pull all threading devices out of the frame, special attention should be paid to the fact that the last end is stuck in the ring on the trolley frame, which is used to fix the traction head when winding up the perforator, so be careful to break the traction head when pulling out finally, and clamp the traction head in the middle of the ring when winding up the perforator.
2. The FRP perforator is hard and brittle, so you should keep its minimum bending diameter not less than 60 cm in the process of use. In the pipeline or other construction environment, in case of the pipeline angle of right angle or less than 90 degrees, special attention should be paid to protect the traction head from being broken. When pulling out of the shaft, certain measures should be taken to prevent the threading device from being damaged. (for example, the setting out pulley is placed at the corner for supporting use, etc.)
3. The allowable temperature range of FRP perforator is -40 - +80 degrees. Any improper behavior should be avoided during construction, such as contact with supercooled or overheated objects or environment. After use, the product should be placed in a cool place to avoid long-term sunlight and rain.
4. The maximum linear traction force of FRP perforator is 2.5 tons. Do not use high-power machinery for traction in the environment of 90 degrees right angle, otherwise it may break. Never let vehicles and other heavy objects roll, otherwise their service life will be greatly shortened.
5. When the perforator is used in the construction of large cables, it is not allowed to directly pull the cable with the perforator. The metal traction head of the perforator should be used to pull a steel wire rope in the pipeline first, and then the cable with the steel wire rope. In this way, the service life of the perforator will be greatly improved. It is recommended to use various paying off pulleys to improve work efficiency and protect the threading device.
6. In the past, the threading machine was used by manual traction, which was more manual, laborious and inefficient. Now, the special automatic threading machine for threading machine only needs one person to complete the work that several people could complete before, and the efficiency is improved several times.
